Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. The following follows the statutory model text.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right you must inform us (WOW CAMP Justyna Martynek, ul. Kamionka 11, 87-300 Brodnica, Polen, Infodusche@gmail.com) by an unequivocal statement.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Hygiene note
For sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal lapses once the seal has been removed after delivery.
