These terms apply to orders placed through this website.
Scope
These terms apply to all contracts between WOW CAMP Justyna Martynek and the customer.
Formation of contract
There is currently no checkout. An enquiry sent through the form, via WhatsApp or by phone is therefore neither an offer nor an order. A contract is formed only once the provider expressly confirms the order.
Prices
No VAT is charged (VAT exemption under Art. 113 of the Polish VAT Act).
Price and shipping costs are stated before the contract is concluded and shown in the confirmation.
Delivery
Delivery area and delivery time are communicated before the contract is concluded and stated in the confirmation.
Payment
The payment method is communicated in the order confirmation.
Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
Applicable law
Polish law applies. Consumers nevertheless keep the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of their country of residence — for orders from Germany, that means German consumer protection law (Art. 6 Rome I Regulation).
The 1+1 promise
The donation model is not active yet. It will only be advertised once a partner organisation is confirmed and the quantity per unit sold and the delivery period can be stated specifically.
